Computer: This is the main equipment in the online industry. It is used for various duties which include: Writing, editing, transcribing, etc. The computer must be capable of running at a speed acceptable for the smooth execution of the work required. The choice of computer speed should be able to meet up with the software which may be installed in it to facilitate work as time goes on.
Fax machine: The use of fax machine in the duties of a VA is important as most clients’ requirements might be sent in form of fax; in addition, communication through fax makes some documents more legitimate in this business.
Printer: Printer as one of the output systems in a computer is necessary for any job done. You surely would need one.
Internet Connection (modem): This is a major communication aid in the existence of a VA. The internet modem is a prerequisite for any VA in other to accomplish his target.
